Easter Update

Dang, I'm tired. It's been quite a day and quite a week.

I started on my play for scriptfrenzy. Current page count is now 15.

A few notes on Easter.

1. Nicolas was talking at breakfast about the "Easter Bagel" dancing with the bunnies, getting a birdhouse for his birdie friend, and throwing eggs around. It took me a while to figure out he had watched the Charlie Brown special the night before. ("It's the Easter B(e)agle, Charlie Brown!"

2. At mass, Leila was pounding the bible, apparently making her own counterpoints to the priest's homily.

3. Mass ended, the celebrant insisted on continuing his homily, introducing the guest musicians etc. At that point, she started piping up "ALL DONE! BYE BYE!". Also "GO! BYE BYE!"

4. Many many photo ops as the kids hunted eggs, tried on hats and bunny ears. But alas, I'm at McDonald's right now, with low battery. These will have to wait.

That is all. As I said above, I'm toast. I'm ahead in the scriptfrenzy race. Do I take the day off?
